JOB DESCRIPTION

Your main tasks will be to support the prison director and our first-line managers in their roles to achieve the organization's goals, work for a good work environment, and enable present leadership. Your mission will be to quality assure and develop local administrative processes together with the managers and create conditions for our employees to do a good job, feel comfortable, and develop in their workplace. You will collaborate closely with Process Support and the administration of operational units.

The work is close to operations, and you will collaborate daily with managers and employees in both operational and strategic areas, where the role is cohesive for annual processes such as budgeting and investment processes. You will also work for good cooperation with union representatives and the safety organization. You will be employed by the prison director and serve the entire operational area.

The tasks have a wide range where you contribute to developing, quality assuring, and providing support in areas such as budgeting and forecasting work, statistics, and HR administration. You will have a coordinating role in various areas. Taking minutes at various forums such as union negotiations, RoK, etc., is part of the job. Your work is important as you will relieve managers of their administrative tasks. The assignment includes being curious and finding and developing these areas.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who likes structure. You are meticulous and place great importance on quality assuring your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You set and adhere to deadlines, remind, and follow up. You also take initiative, start activities, and achieve results. The role also requires flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

You collaborate well with others, are service-oriented, and possess good integrity and personal maturity.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Completed upper secondary education in the form of a final certificate or diploma
• Several years of work experience deemed relevant for the position by Kriminalvården
• Experience in administrative work
• Good IT skills, primarily in Excel and Word
• Ability to express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
• Driver's license (B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Worked with statistics
• Good knowledge of the Office suite
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting work
• Worked with operational systems and record-keeping
• Experience in independently driving, leading, and maintaining processes with multiple stakeholders
• Worked with personnel administration
